Not everyone wants to have their home staged. We totally get that. And while we believe, and stats show, that staging a home will help it sell faster and for top dollar, if you’re not into it, we won’t force it on you.
We do have a track record of setting up a home to sell faster, and an inventory of furniture and accessories to make it quick and easy for you. So if you’re open to it, we’re definitely onto it!
Home staging can be as simple as rearranging what you already have, or renting furniture and accessories to make your home more inviting. We have different packages available depending on exactly what you need.

Montreal home staging services we provide:
Staging Consultations: An initial consultation at your home takes about 1 hour. During this time we’ll analyze your home from top to bottom and come up with a list of recommendations for getting it ready to go on the market.
Home Staging (Showcasing): We can use your furniture and accessories, or we can provide lighting, art, accessories, and furniture from our inventory and from our suppliers.
Project Management: We find and manage trades people to get your home ready for the market. We work with reliable painters, handymen and contractors to help us take care of any outstanding maintenance issues, make some quick updates and showcase the best features of your home.
